Is Monaco really the moment Ferrari finally snaps Mercedes' streak?
Ferrari fans have been waiting for this. After years of near-misses, Hamilton’s confidence in Monaco feels like the moment we’ve all been hyping ourselves up for. But let’s be real—Mercedes’ early-season dominance isn’t just a fluke. Can Ferrari actually pull it off on a track where luck and precision matter more than raw power?

I’ve been burned before. Every time Ferrari looks close, something goes wrong. But Monaco? It’s the great equalizer. If they can make it work there, maybe this is the year. What do you think—are we about to see history, or another heartbreak?

Why is this so accurate tho

That's a good point but saying 'ferrari's got issues' isn't super helpful - what specifically is holding them back

Yeah but "accurate" in what sense? like, the meme or the actual situation?
KA Kaito Yamamoto 2 weeks ago
first time posting but monaco always feels like this weird pressure cooker where one mistake and suddenly everyone’s screaming. ngl ferrari’s been close for years but monaco’s the kind of track where even a 0.1 slip-up in quali and suddenly you’re p10 instead of p1

monaco’s walls don’t care about streaks.

monaco’s street layout should’ve suited Mercedes, but Leclerc and Ferrari outsmarted them. The pit wall’s still the weakest link in Mercedes’ execution. Leclerc’s pace was just cleaner

Ok fair point actually 😂

Wait, but isn't Monaco usually more about execution than raw pace? Like, even if Ferrari is faster now, can they actually capitalize in a race where one mistake ruins everything fr

not gonna lie
DI Dila Demir 2 weeks ago
Monaco’s about execution, sure, but raw pace still decides who even gets to execute. You can’t win a race you’re 0.5s off the pace from. 👀 *(edited)*
EM Emeka Kamara 2 weeks ago
ngl monaco’s narrow but you still need the pace to get into position to execute lmao, look at leclerc’s quali last year, raw speed got him p1 even if the race was about execution fr 🔥
NO Noura Othman 2 weeks ago
wait, but isn't raw pace still the foundation? Like, sure, Monaco rewards execution, but if you don't have the car to even get into position for those tight corners, what are you executing? The narrow streets make mistakes costly, but you still need the outright speed to fight for pole, right?
AO Aoi Yoshida 2 weeks ago
Yeah but Monaco’s STILL a track where you need the outright quickest car to even get into the position to execute. 🫠
AO Aoi Yoshida 2 weeks ago
Wait but Monaco’s narrow streets mean even small mistakes in execution can derail a race—so isn’t raw pace still a prerequisite to capitalize on those margins? *(edited)*

Monaco’s narrow streets make execution king, but raw pace still matters—Ferrari’s deficit in top speed won’t magically disappear.

Oh great, another "Ferrari breaks Mercedes streak" headline. Let’s wait for the actual race before the champagne’s popped.

i was watching that monaco gp at my friend's place, his dad is a huge ferrari fan and he was going crazy when charles leclerc overtook alonso. lol, i was kinda caught up in the excitement too, but then I started thinking, is this really it for ferrari? like, are they finally the ones to dethrone mercedes after all these years?

Monaco’s always been weirdly decisive, but is this the race where ferrari finally just… outsmarted mercedes instead of waiting for them to crash ngl

monaco’s street track is the one place where Ferrari’s raw talent actually matters more than Mercedes’ relentless efficiency. Saw Leclerc nail that exit of Tabac last year, and I swear the crowd noise hit different—like the whole principality held its breath. Mercedes’ streak? It’s built on SYSTEMS, not moments. Monaco’s where systems crack.

Monaco’s the one race where Mercedes chokes harder than a fish out of water. Ferrari’s been close forever—this time, they’ll either pull it off or find another WAY to mess up *(edited)*
