Bayern Munich News: Hiroki Itō told to find a new home; FC Bayern won’t get Arsenal star; and MORE!

According to a report from Sport Bild journalists Julian Agardi, Christian Falk, and Johannes Wolf, Bayern Munich has told the agents for Hiroki Itō to find him a new home. The player seems to want to go to LaLiga, but Bayern Munich also wants €20 million for him — a number that will not be easy to get:

Bayern have told Hiroki Itō‘s agents to actively look for a new club for their client. The Spanish league is an attractive destination for Itō. Bayern want around €20m.

Itō is still a good player, but after his foot injury, Bayern Munich seems wary of his long-term prospects. With a few other injury prone players on the roster, the Bavarians might just want to cut their losses and move on. Getting a fee of €20 million for Itō could prove to be difficult.

Real Madrid and FC Barcelona are not likely to be interested, which takes two big money clubs immediately out of the mix. Bayern Munich sporting director Max Eberl might have to get flexible with that number.

All things considered, FC Barcelona would like to try and find a way to keep Manchester United loanee Marcus Rashford:

Barcelona have devised a plan to try and sign winger Marcus Rashford this summer despite already recruiting Anthony Gordon , according to the Daily Mail. England international Rashford is set to return to Manchester United this summer following a successful loan spell at Barça. With Gordon’s recent arrival from Newcastle United , it was thought that the Spanish club might not have the resources to sign Rashford permanently as well. However, Barcelona will seemingly attempt to recruit Rashford at the end of the transfer window, once some of their financial restrictions have been lifted.

Yes, Bayern Munich still likes Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli, but there is little chance of a deal happening:
