THE FOUNDER'S STORY
A Simple Problem.
A Platform That Grew With It.
In 2020, Shahid Khan was tired of watching people around him struggle with tax forms, mortgage calculations, and financial decisions they couldn't afford to get wrong. He built AZRS — a clean, free web tool that made finance accessible to everyone, no accountant required.
Users came back. They asked for more. Shahid listened. A PDF merger here, a flashcard generator there. Then QuickFix in 2023 — an entire suite of instant browser tools. Then education tools, SEO tools, chemistry tools, religion resources. The vision kept expanding because the need kept growing.
By 2025 the team had grown. Zavyar, Uzma, Sha, Aruba, and Raees all joined — each bringing something different. 10,000+ games launched for teenagers. Five faiths, 40+ religion tools. Then 2026 brought AI — and AZRS started thinking with you, not just for you.
AZRS was never built to be a product. It was built to be a service. One that stays free. One that grows with you. One that's always here.
THE JOURNEY
From 2020 to 2030
Every year brought something new — because every year you asked for something more.
AZRS Corp was founded by Shahid Khan in Fremont, California. The original mission was straightforward: build clean, free web tools that help everyday people handle taxes, loans, mortgages, and budgeting without needing to hire a professional. The name AZRS came from the initials of the founding family members.
The first tools included a tax calculator, loan EMI calculator, mortgage calculator, and a basic expense tracker. The platform launched quietly — but users found it and kept coming back.
The platform expanded with appointment booking for tax filing, professional service pages (web development, financial services, supply chain), and a community discussion forum. User accounts were added so people could track their history, save calculations, and participate in discussions.
The expense tracker became a full-featured application — with categories, monthly reports, CSV export, and budget tracking. The business side of AZRS Corp also grew with professional service offerings for local businesses in the Bay Area.
This was AZRS's first major expansion. QuickFix launched as a suite of instant, no-install browser tools for everyday digital problems. Background remover, PDF merger, file converter, QR code generator, image resizer, text extractor — all free, all in your browser.
The principle was simple: you shouldn't need to install software, pay for a subscription, or sign up just to resize an image or merge a PDF. QuickFix made it a one-click experience. The response was overwhelming — QuickFix became the most-used part of AZRS overnight.
Students became a core audience. AZRS launched a full education suite: homework planner, flashcard generator, citation builder, GPA calculator, grade calculator, and a Pomodoro study timer. The vision was to give every student the same tools that used to only exist in expensive apps — completely free.
The calculator suite also grew massively this year — adding the scientific calculator, graphing calculator, investment risk simulator, compound interest calculator, freelance rate calculator, and more. SEO tools launched too, starting with the SEO analyzer and keyword research tool.
The biggest year in AZRS history. 10,000+ browser games were built from scratch for teenagers and casual gamers — Flappy Bird, Snake, Tetris, Chess, 2048, Sudoku, Bubble Shooter, Pinball, Rhythm, and dozens more. The games hub got leaderboards, player profiles, AZRS Coins, achievements, a daily Game of the Day, and even AI coaching.
Religion tools launched covering Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhism. The Islamic tools alone included Quran search, Hadith search, prayer times, Qibla direction, Islamic calendar, Zakat calculator, mosque finder, and Arabic keyboard.
The SEO toolkit expanded to 13 tools: SEO analyzer, keyword research, crawl depth checker, thin content detector, redirect chain visualizer, tech stack detector, and more. Chemistry tools arrived with the full periodic table, ChemScope molecule viewer, and DNA analyzer. Data tools and a full developer toolkit rounded out the year.
AZRS took its biggest technological leap. AI tools launched across the platform: an AI Chat assistant, AI Deep Research tool, AI Project Maker, AI Code Assistant, AI Student Tools, AI Finance Tools, and AI-powered translations. The game hub got AI coaching for individual games and AI-powered daily challenges.
Machine learning now personalizes game recommendations, powers mood-based filters, helps students with their homework, analyzes stocks, assists with finance decisions, and helps developers write better code. AZRS stopped being just a toolbox — it became a thinking partner.
The roadmap to 2030 is ambitious. We're building toward a future where AZRS knows you — your preferences, your history, your goals — and helps you accomplish more every time you open the platform.
Native iOS & Android apps bringing all tools, games, and AI features offline and on-the-go.
Arabic, Urdu, Spanish, French, Hindi interfaces. Making AZRS truly global and accessible.
An AI that remembers your preferences, tracks your progress, and proactively suggests the right tools.
User-contributed tools, shared flashcard decks, community-built games, and open collaboration.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Our Core Values
Always Free
No paywalls. No hidden costs. No trials that expire. Every single tool and game on AZRS is free and will stay free. We believe access to useful technology should never be gated by money.
Instant & Simple
No downloads. No setup. No tutorials needed. Open a tool, use it, done. We obsess over removing every unnecessary step between you and the result you need.
Built By Feedback
Every category AZRS has entered — games, religion, chemistry, AI — started because users asked for it. We don't guess what you need. We listen, then build.
Privacy First
We don't sell your data. We don't run invasive ads. What you do on AZRS stays on AZRS. Your trust is the only thing we're not willing to compromise on.
For Everyone
Students. Developers. Gamers. Business owners. Muslims, Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists. Teenagers. Seniors. AZRS is for every person, regardless of background, budget, or skill level.
Never Stop Improving
We ship updates constantly. New tools. Bug fixes. Performance improvements. Better UI. AZRS in 2026 is unrecognizable from AZRS in 2020 — and 2030 will be the same story.
THE PEOPLE
Meet the AZRS Team
A tight-knit, family-driven team that cares deeply about building something genuinely useful — not just something that looks good on a pitch deck.
The architect behind AZRS. Shahid designs, codes, and leads every aspect of the platform — from the first tax calculator to the AI tools of today. He started AZRS because he saw a gap that needed filling, and he built his way into it.
Zavyar is the technical backbone. He manages backend architecture, API integrations, and ensures the codebase stays clean, fast, and scalable. When something breaks, Zavyar fixes it. When something needs to be built fast, Zavyar builds it.
Uzma is the reason AZRS looks the way it does. She shapes every color choice, every layout, every user journey. Her design philosophy is simple: if it's hard to use, it's not done yet. She also oversees content strategy across the platform.
Sha keeps the machine running. From managing user feedback to coordinating between team members, from moderating the community forum to ensuring daily operations go smoothly — Sha is the organizational hub of AZRS.
Aruba leads the entire education division. Every study tool, flashcard system, GPA calculator, and homework planner was built with her guidance. She ensures that AZRS's student tools aren't just technically functional — they actually help students perform better.
Raees oversees AZRS's financial tool accuracy and data tools. He ensures every calculator produces real-world correct results, manages the data analytics features in the expense tracker, and advises on the stock advisor and investment simulation tools.
